Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We proudly offer a 30-day return policy, providing you ample time to request a return after you've received your cherished item.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine, new condition that you received it, thoughtfully preserved in its original packaging. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is also required to facilitate the return.
Initiating Your Return: To begin the return process, please contact our dedicated customer service team at hotepcreations@yahoo.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear, detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Hotep Creations, 305 Mundy Lane, Mount Vernon, NY 10550. Important Note: To ensure a smooth process, please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return; such items cannot be accepted. Damages and Issues: Your Peace of Mind We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you discover that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hotepcreations@yahoo.com without delay. Your prompt notification will allow us to swiftly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the return eligibility of a specific item, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: A Streamlined Process Should you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the most efficient method is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Special Notice for European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you are afforded the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need for justification. As with all returns, your item must be in the same new condition you received it, with original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Your Refund: Process and Timing Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that the processing and posting time by your bank or credit card company may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us immediately at hotepcreations@yahoo.com for assistance.
